In loving memory of your loved one, MercyOne Des Moines Hospice invites you and your family to an evening of remembrance and reflection.

When: Thursday, November 12 at 6 p.m.

Location: Community venue in Des Moines (details will be provided to registered attendees)

You are welcome to bring a photo of your loved one to display during the event.

We look forward to gathering together to honor, remember and celebrate the lives of those we love.
